In order to patch pavement at a water main repair, Illinois American Water and Shaw Brothers will be closing one southbound lane of Prospect Avenue near the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Hessel Boulevard. The lane closure will begin on Tuesday, August 11 and will reopen on Friday, August 14. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. Traffic on Hessel Boulevard will not be impacted.
