Greg Skaggs and Susan Jones attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the “mini home” to be constructed by Restoration Urban Ministries located at 410 W. Maple St. The approximately 400 sq. ft. home will be built using primarily volunteer labor and will be purchased by a low-income person who would not be able to afford or finance a home through the typical homebuyer process. The home is expected to be completed in November 2014.
