In order to install utilities at 509 S Elm Street, Mayfield Construction will be closing Elm Street between Green Street and Healey Street. The road closure will begin on Thursday, August 4, 2016, and will reopen on Friday, August 12, 2016, weather permitting. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area, but access will be maintained for local properties.
