Neil Street Lane Closures (West of the Intersection at Center Drive)
In order to install pedestrian signals on both sides of Neil Street at Center Drive, CS&L will close one northbound lane and one southbound lane of Neil Street west of the Center Drive intersection. Work is scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, 2025, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.
