City Manager Receives ILCMA Special Service Award
At the 2019 Illinois City/County Management Association (ILCMA) Summer Conference, Champaign City Manager Dorothy David was recognized with the ILCMA Special Service Award for Service to the Association. Ms. David was appointed Champaign’s City Manager in 2013 and has proudly served the City’s residents since 2007.
