In order to complete asphalt repairs, the Public Works Department will be closing Healey Street at the Neil Street intersection. Healey Street will not be accessible from Neil Street during the closure. The closure will occur from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
