In order to perform storm sewer repairs, Hoerr Construction will be closing the right lane of southbound Prospect Avenue on the north side of the intersection with Armory Avenue. Prospect Avenue travel through the work zone will be merged into a single southbound lane. Northbound traffic will be unaffected by this project. Armory Avenue will be closed to eastbound traffic at Willis Avenue. Local westbound traffic on Armory Avenue may enter from Prospect Avenue.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. of the same day. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. This work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
