As part of the 2026 Concrete Streets Improvements project, Feutz Contractors will remove and replace concrete pavement on Ross Drive from Lynwood Drive to the cul-de-sac to the east. This work will start on Monday, April 20, 2026, and require closure of the cul-de-sac and phased lane closures up to Lynwood Drive.
On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, pavement replacement will begin on Page Drive between Lynwood Drive and Seaton Court. This work will require temporary, phased lane closure as the contractor replaces one side of the street at a time. These phases of construction are expected to last about two weeks, weather permitting.
