In order to repair storm sewer and to complete associated pavement patching, A&R Services will close one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Oak Street and Neil Street. The closure will begin on Tuesday, March 31, and will reopen on Monday, April 6, 2026, weather permitting. During the closure, westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
