In order to perform an emergency water main repair, Illinois American Water Company has closed both lanes of northbound traffic on Prospect Avenue at the intersection of Vine Street. One lane in each direction will remain open during this repair. The work is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic on Thursday, November 20, 2025, weather permitting.
