In order to perform storm sewer cleaning, Hoerr Construction will be closing the right lane of westbound University Avenue between Market Street and Chestnut Street. During this time, westbound University Avenue will be reduced to a single lane through a short construction work zone.
Work is scheduled to occur sometime between 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, and 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Work operations and lane impacts are daytime only, affecting travel between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
