In order to continue the sanitary sewer work for the South Downtown Sanitary Sewer Project, Stark Excavating will be closing the following:
- White Street/Neil Street intersection (starting March 22, 2024, through project completion)
- Marshall Street between Neil Street and Market Street (starting March 22, 2024)
- Willow Street between Walnut Street and Market Street (starting March 22, 2024)
- Market Street between Marshall Street and south of Willow Street (starting March 22, 2024)
- White Street at Neil Street will remain closed through project completion, which is expected to end late spring/early summer. All other closures are anticipated to last several weeks.
- There will be no on-street parking allowed on White Street, Willow Street, and the portion of Market Street between Marshall Street and Willow Street through the course of the closures.
The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather. More lane and/or road closures will be announced throughout the project phases. Businesses will remain open during this time; however, patrons may need to intermittently use alternate routes throughout the closures.
