Illinois Community Risk Reduction (CRR) was recognized at the Vision 20/20 Symposium 8, the national bi-annual conference for CRR last week as one of only 5 states acknowledged for exceptional work as a state coalition providing CRR support and resources to communities. Deputy Fire Marshal Jeremy Mitchell was honored, along with the entire Illinois leadership, for helping build the state CRR coalition. The statewide coalition promotes risk reduction in Illinois by inspiring community ownership and providing coordinated resources.
