The Illinois Government Finance Officers Association (IGFOA) is an organization that serves finance professionals through learning, connecting, and progressing. Courtney Kouzmanoff, of the Finance Department, is among the group of City employees that are members of IGFOA and has been serving as the Vice President of the Downstate Illinois Chapter. She was recently appointed to serve as the Chapter President.
Traditionally, the outgoing President receives a plaque honoring their service to the organization. As the incoming President, Courtney had the honor of presenting this plaque to outgoing President, Julie Kusturin (Peoria County), at the annual Downstate IGFOA Holiday Luncheon. Congratulations to Courtney for this wonderful opportunity, we know she will represent the City of Champaign well!
