In order to perform storm sewer repairs, SNC Construction will be narrowing both lanes of University Avenue for a short distance at the intersection with Fair Street. Travel through the work zone will be maintained with slight lane shifts. Southbound Fair Street, immediately south of University Avenue, will be closed during daytime work hours to facilitate this work. Northbound Fair Street will remain open to all traffic.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, December 18, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
