In order to complete fiberoptic install, Consolidated Communications and Gardner Excavating will close the following lanes:
• One southbound lane of Mattis Avenue between Meadow Drive and Kirby Avenue. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
• One eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Rosewood Drive and Mattis Avenue. Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
The closures will begin on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, and will end on Friday, December 1, 2023.
