The intersection of Green Street and McKinley Avenue and the intersection of Green Street and Russell Street are scheduled to be converted to all-way stops on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, weather permitting. Public Works Traffic and Lighting crews will install the new signs, and portable, changeable message signs will be placed in advance of the changes to alert drivers of the new all-way stops.
