In order to perform storm sewer lining, Hoerr Construction will be narrowing Fourth Street between John Street and Daniel Street through a short construction work zone. Westbound Daniel Street will also be restricted from right-hand turns onto northbound Fourth Street. All other traffic routes will remain open.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 6 p.m. on the same day. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
