In order to reconstruct storm sewer and roadway, the City of Champaign will be closing Edgebrook Drive between Garden Lane and Neil Street. Neil Street traffic will be unaffected by this project. Local traffic for Briar Lane, Gates Place, Kiler Drive, and the 300 and 400 blocks of Edgebrook Drive may access from Neil Street to Acadia Drive to Garden Lane.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 25, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic on or around October 20, 2023. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
