In order to locate water valves, Illinois American Water will close one northbound lane of Randolph Street between Park Street and Church Street. The closure will begin on Thursday, September 14, and the lane will reopen on Friday, September 15, 2023. During the closure, northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
Construction will also occur on Church Street between State Street and Randolph Street. Traffic lanes will shift around the work zone. An eastbound lane and a westbound lane will be maintained.
