In order to complete a sanitary sewer lining project, Hoerr Construction will be closing a westbound lane of University Avenue between Walnut Street and Market Street and also a northbound lane of Walnut Street at Taylor Street. Work is scheduled to begin at 5 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, and is planned to be reopened by 3 p.m. the same day.
