In order to complete pavement patching, AT&T and Western Utility will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Columbia Avenue and Washington Street.
The closure will begin on Wednesday, August 23, and will reopen on Monday, August 28, 2023, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. Northbound traffic will continue through this area, shifting around the construction zone. One lane of both northbound traffic and southbound traffic will be maintained.
