Starting Wednesday, July 12, 2023, Open Road Paving Company will begin rehabilitation work on Duncan Road from Windsor to just north of Kirby Avenue and on Windsor Road from Staley Road to Fields South Drive. Work will consist of minor curb and sidewalk ramp replacement, patching, manhole adjustments, milling and paving, and applying new pavement markings.
One lane in each direction will be open to through traffic; however, motorists are urged to take alternate routes to avoid delays. This phase of the rehabilitation work on Duncan Road and Windsor Road is scheduled to be completed by August 4, 2023.
