At the beginning of the May 2, 2023, City Council meeting, Mayor Feinen and Council Members Gladney, Kyles, and Shannon took their oath of office to start their new terms. The Mayor and At Large Council Members were joined by their family members for the occasion. Each also provided brief remarks after taking their oaths.
