In order to remove a tree in the 400 block of E. Springfield Avenue, a City contractor will close a westbound lane of traffic between Fourth Street and Fifth Street. Traffic control will route westbound traffic through a center lane. The closure will occur on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the closure, access will be maintained to all properties.
