In order to perform storm sewer lining, Visu-Sewer of Missouri LLC will be closing one eastbound lane of Springfield Avenue at the intersection of New Street. During this time, eastbound traffic on Springfield Avenue will be relocated into the center turn lane through a short construction work zone. Local driveways within this zone will remain accessible from public alleys.
Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 6, 2023, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic on the same day. Work operations and lane impacts are daytime only, affecting travel between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
