On June 30, 2022, the Communications Division worked with the Fire Department to record CFD’s 6th in-person Pinning Ceremony. A pinning ceremony is a special occasion which allows family and friends to share in either a promotion or being newly hired by the Fire Department. During this year’ event, 27 new or promoted firefighters were pinned by a family member or other guest. The video is now playing on CGTV, on CGTV Online, and posted to YouTube and social media.
