In order to complete streetlight electrical work for the University of Illinois, Champaign Signal and Lighting will close a lane of Kirby Avenue between First Street and Fourth Street.
The work will begin on Tuesday, July 5 and end on Monday, July 11, 2022. One eastbound lane will be closed initially, switching to one westbound lane midweek. Only one lane will be closed at a time. Eastbound and westbound traffic will be maintained at all times during the work.
