On April 19th, 2022, the Neighborhood Services Department hosted over 30 contractors at the Champaign Public Library for the 2022 Contractor Informational Meeting.
The meeting’s primary goal was to share information about contracting opportunities with the City’s housing rehab programs, including the Modified Garden Hills SLEEP Program. Additionally, contractors received information on how to register for the Champaign Diversity Advancement Program (CDAP). Staff will follow up with attendees over the next few weeks to complete the necessary next steps to becoming a housing rehab contractor with the City.
