In order to install water services, mains and hydrants, Illinois American Water and Cross Construction will be closing the following lanes:
• Westbound Columbia Avenue will be closed from Neil Street to Randolph Street starting on Thursday, October 21, and reopening on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Eastbound traffic will remain open, and access will be maintained to all properties on this block.
• One southbound lane of Neil Street will be closed from Vine Street to Columbia Avenue starting Thursday, October 21, and reopening on Friday, October 29, 2021. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
