Two Administrative Search warrants were obtained by the Code Compliance Division of Neighborhood Service Department to clean up two properties that had been cited for refuse and unapproved outdoor storage. Neighbors had been concerned about properties for some time, and the owner has continued to not comply with notices of violation. The two properties are located next to each other. The Code Compliance Division hired two contractors and rented a large dumpster to abate the issues at the properties. The contractors worked at the property for approximately six hours to remove the refuse and unapproved storage. The Code Compliance Division is working with the Legal Department to address issues with the structures on these properties as the owner has failed to make any repairs.
