Each Friday, the City is featuring drains available for adoption through our Adopt A Drain program. Today’s drain, Kate, is located in the historic Clark Park neighborhood at 924 W. William Drive. This 80-year old drain spends her time collecting various items including leaves and sticks. She also enjoys fashion and basking in the sun. She is looking forward to meeting her new caretaker soon.
