Congratulations to the City’s own Tracy Parsons, who was recognized as a “Difference Maker” by the United Way of Champaign County during their annual meeting on February 4, 2020, at the I Hotel. Tracy serves as one of the City’s Community Relations Managers and facilitates the work of the Champaign County Community Coalition – Walk as One.
