Duce Construction will be constructing storm sewer inlet repairs, pavement, and sidewalk ramp improvements at the east side of the intersection of Mattis Avenue and Broadmoor Drive. Northbound Mattis Avenue traffic will be merged into a single lane thru a short construction work zone at the intersection. Eastbound and westbound traffic at the Broadmoor Drive intersection will be narrowed to a single lane each direction but will remain open to thru traffic. Crosswalks on the east side of the intersection will be closed to pedestrian traffic.
Work is planned to begin on Thursday, October 17, at 7:00 a.m. and is anticipated to be completed and re-opened to traffic by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
