In order to install a new sanitary sewer main extension, Duce Construction and Findorff Construction will occupy a portion of Sixth Street between Healey Street and Green Street.
The work will begin on Monday, September 23, 2019, and will continue through the end of October. Southbound Sixth Street traffic will be maintained at all times during construction. Traffic will shift around the work zone but will not be interrupted. Access to all local properties and businesses will be maintained during this time. There may be short intervals when the contractor will close sidewalk on the east side of Sixth Street in order to protect pedestrians. Green Street and Healey Street will not be impacted by this construction.
