In order to repair a water valve, Illinois American Water and Cross Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Garwood Street and Bradley Avenue. The closure will begin on Monday, August 26, and will reopen on Friday, August 30, 2019. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
