Stark Excavating will be performing daily lane closures as part of Phase III of the West Washington Street Drainage Improvements Project. One lane of University Avenue at James Street will be closed during the day while crews are working.
The daily lane closures are planned to begin at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1 and will continue through the end of July. Lane closures will be during daylight hours and will always allow for a minimum of one lane of through traffic.
