Stark Excavating will be performing daily lane closures as part of Phase III of the West Washington Street Drainage Improvements Project. Crews will be doing water main work on University Avenue at James Street.
The daily lane closures are scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019, and are planned for completion by 6 p.m. Saturday, March 16, depending on weather. Lane closures will be during daylight hours and will always allow for a minimum of one lane of through traffic.
