Staff from the Office of Equity, Community and Human Rights staff hosted a CU Fresh Start Call In on Thursday, February 21, at the Illinois Terminal. This was an event where local law enforcement and community leaders “call in” a group of participants to share about the effects of gun violence within our community. Around 55 community members attended and 11 local participants were called in that night.
