Today, at approximately 12:46 p.m., Champaign Police Officers responded to Champaign Jewelers, located at 2223 S Neil Street, for a reported burglary.
According to reports, a male subject entered the location at approximately 12:40 p.m. and proceeded to grab an undisclosed amount of merchandise. The suspect then fled southwest from the business.
The suspect is described as a biracial male approximately 20 years old. He is approximately 5’8’’ to 6’0’’ in height and has a thin build.
