In order to cap water services and facilitate construction at 520 N. Neil Street, Illinois American Water will close two lanes of Neil Street between Columbia Avenue and Washington Street.
The lane closures will begin on Monday, April 30 and will reopen on Friday, May 4. Northbound and southbound traffic will be maintained during the closure, each direction will be reduced to one lane.
