28th Annual Awards Luncheon Honors Staff Achievements and Years of Dedicated Service

On November 15, 2017, the City held its annual Employee Award and Service Recognition Luncheon at the Round Barn Banquet Center. Mayor Deb Feinen provided opening remarks and thanked staff for their service and dedication to our community. City Manager Dorothy David then announced the individual and team award winners. Eighteen individual award winners were recognized in the categories of Respect, Results, Personal Integrity, and Responsibility. In addition to the individual awards, five Teamwork awards were given out, honoring 64 employees.

The Awards Banquet is also a time to honor employees for their years of dedicated service. Human Resources Director Jason Hood recognized employees that had served the City for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 years of service. Kevin Phillips, the City’s Zoning Administrator, received a service pin for his 40 years of loyal service.
