In order to pour new curb and gutter at 217 South Neil Street, Wells and Wells Construction and Mayfield Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will begin on Monday, April 24 and will reopen on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
