The Communications Division recorded the January 12, 2017, Police Department press conference regarding the 2014 homicide investigation of Rakim Vineyard. The video played on CGTV immediately after the press conference and was also posted on the City’s website. Going forward, the Communications Division intends to regularly televise City press conferences in order to provide the public with access to a complete, unedited version of the event.
