June Service Requests
Citizens and City staff submitted 393 total requests during June 2016. This was a 35% increase from May’s 290 calls. The chart below tracks the number of requests recorded each day by staff.
Citizens using the mobile phone application, SeeClickFix, reported 34 (9%) issues.
The Sewer Section responded to 50 (13%) sewer-related calls and 77 (20%) miscellaneous requests for a total of 127 (32%) service requests. Forestry followed with 124 (31%) calls. The Asphalt Section was third with 44 (11%) requests. The most frequent request was for tree inspection with 32 (8%) calls. In second place was pothole repair with 30 (7.6%) calls. In third place was pickup dead animal with 26 (6.6%) calls.
