The City Council agenda for the October 27-28, 2015 Special Study Sessions (Council Goal Setting) is now available online. These meetings will be held at the Illinois Terminal Building, 45 E. University Avenue, at 7:00 p.m. on both evenings. The meetings are open to the public and participation is welcome and encouraged.
