In order to install a water main for Illinois American Water, G.A. Rich & Sons will be closing one eastbound and one westbound lane of Bradley Avenue between Neil Street and Walnut Street. The lane closures will begin on Monday, September 14, and will reopen on Monday, September 21. Eastbound traffic and westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
