As part of the City’s 2015 Concrete Street Maintenance Project it will be necessary to close Theodore Drive on the east side of Mayfair Road. Theodore Drive will remain open west of Mayfair Drive.Weather permitting, the closure will begin Monday, July 27 at 7 a.m. and will last until July 31, 2015. Emergency vehicles may approach the closure from either Theodore Drive or Mayfair Road.
Please pay close attention to construction signs, traffic control devices and marked detours. Please do not park on the street near the construction site or in areas that are posted “No Parking.” Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible. The contractor will attempt to complete construction activities as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to the residents in the areas of construction.
