As part of the City’s 2015 Concrete Street Maintenance Project, the pavement on Hollycrest Drive from John Street to Ola Drive is being rehabilitated. The City’s contractor for the project, Stark Excavating, will continue working; weather permitting, Thursday, June 4, 2015.
Hollycrest Drive will temporarily be a one lane, one-way street South Bound from John Street to Ola Drive. The contractor will provide flaggers as needed to help direct traffic.
This work involves replacing the existing pavement with new concrete pavement, sidewalk repairs and lawn restoration.
Please pay close attention to construction signs, traffic control devices and marked detours. Please do not park on the street near the construction site or in areas that are posted “No Parking.” Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible. The contractor will attempt to complete construction activities as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to the residents in the areas of construction.
