December Service Requests

Citizens and City staff submitted 185 total requests during December 2014. This was a 6% decrease from November’s 197 calls. The chart below tracks the number of requests recorded each day by staff.

Citizens using the mobile phone application, SeeClickFix, reported 26 (14%) of the issues.


December Service Requests by Category

Asphalt had a total of 42 (23%) requests. The Sewer Section responded to 36 (19%) miscellaneous requests and 32 (17%) sewer-related calls for a total of 68 (37%) service requests. The Traffic and Lighting Section was close with 30 (16%) calls for electrical problems. The most frequent complaint was for pothole repair with a total of 32 (17%) requests. The second most frequent call was for sewer backup with 19 (10%). In third place was the request to pick up dead animal(s) with 14 (8%) calls.
